Bugs in Rufus itself

Since RufusHub distributes builds of the Rufus software, issues with how the tool behaves (crashes, a device it doesn't recognize, a formatting bug) should go to the upstream project, where the actual maintainers can act on them: github.com/pbatard/rufus/issues.
