What we collect

RufusHub does not require an account, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind. To keep the site running and to understand which pages and downloads are actually used, we log a small amount of technical data for each visit and each download:

• The page path viewed, and a session identifier generated in your browser (not tied to your name or email — we don't have either)
• The connecting IP address, used only to derive a country for aggregate statistics, then not otherwise retained beyond the raw analytics log
• Which file was downloaded and when

This data is used only to run an internal, password-protected analytics dashboard for the people who maintain the site. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of you across other sites.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses your browser's local/session storage to remember a randomly generated visit identifier and, on the admin dashboard, a login session. No third-party cookies are set.

Downloads

Downloaded files are served directly from this site. We don't require any personal information to download anything, and the SHA-256 checksum published next to every file lets you verify what you received independently, without trusting us at all.
